This charming old stone house is located in the very center of Vis, at some 100 meters from the port and about 50 meters from the sea. It consists of 3 +1 floors: wine cellar on the ground floor turned into a studio apartment, then the first and the second floor, plus an attic space that was previously unused. Total area of the house is about 132 sqm gross. In the year 2011 a building permit was obtained for a roof project - 1,50 m was added in order to gain another floor – mansard.
